As Head of Global HR, you will drive the global HR agenda in cooperation with talented, competent and engaged colleagues in HQ, regional offices and country operations. DRC is a people-centered organization where HR makes a difference. DRC is on a transformation journey to become a truly global organization to better assist people of concern. HR is a key player and has been an instrumental driver and wants to continue the journey with the global HR team driving DRC towards the next level.
