Head of Customer Experience Management & Analytics

You will have an exciting chance for setting a winning team, to ensure that TDC Net stays firmly on the path of having the best Network products on the Danish market – through a continuous focus on what end customers experience, when they use our products.

Your main stakeholders will be within the whole technology organization (design/development, implementation of the network, network management/operations) as well as customers and customer facing departments within TDC Net.

Responsibilities in a Nutshell:

  • Team Leadership and development
  • Collect and Analyze the Status of technology related Customer Experience and Quality Define and control Standards and Targets for our network and service products
