Director, Finance Transformation, Insights & Analytics, Bagsværd

Finance Transformation, Insights & Analytics is anchored in Business Finance and its purpose is to enable value creation in Novozymes through sound financial insights & analytics, strong project & portfolio management, and to enable Business Finance as a great place to learn and develop.

This role truly represents leveraging the latest innovations in business and technology and applying them to a company’s entire finance function. It not only improves the finance organization’s efficiency in its traditional responsibilities but is also a major player in driving the business decisions and designing the processes that take the company to the next level and enable the execution of the company’s strategy.

You will lead the department and have three main areas of responsibilities: Financial Insights & Analytics, Transformation with Project & Change Management, and Talent and Competency Development.
