As trusted advisor and sparring partner for the two AFI leadership team members, you will be exposed to a fast paced and demanding job in a dynamic environment, where you will handle a number of tasks, such as:

Preparing and planning leadership team meetings as well as providing assistance to the Supply Chain leadership team regarding coordination of meetings – from brainstorming topics to ordering catering
Following up on processes and procedures including drawing up documents
Shaping agendas and materials for performance review meetings including driving follow up of action logs from key meetings
