Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Quality Engineer who can understand our products from the end-user perspective, and who can ensure the delivery of quality solutions to our customers.

As our new Quality Engineer, you will be the voice of the customer in coaching and developing our Operations teams. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, including product and process design within the development phase.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Support quality integration in New Product Development projects
Provide support in the use of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D)
Support QMS transition process, with a local QMS system compliant to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
