Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of an ambitious team in an international company with a sustainable mission driven by finding the best customer solutions? Advansor is looking for a Technical Support Lead for our Aftersales Department.

You will be responsible for daily technical support and spare part handling together with your team. One of your key tasks will be to identify and follow up on key performance indicators, and thereby be able to provide input for new training modules, new ways of supporting our customers, and improvements of product design, which eventually will reduce the technical support load.

What else you will do?

  • Responsible for daily technical support including service phone 07-17
  • Close cooperation with the responsible for warranty
  • Provide input to training material
  • Making sure Technical Support always has the right competences
