Do you want to lead a group of Technical Project Managers and Project Engineers?

You will be the commercial Project Manager for a team of 5 people (Technical Project Managers and Project Engineers) and a continuous portfolio of 1-2 large turnkey projects and several smaller projects.

Your primary success criteria will be:

Securing a sustainable contract, project economy, resources, delivery plan and execution
Managing and developing your team of technical project managers and project engineers, securing knowledge sharing across your own, as well as between other projects
Stakeholder management, securing strong relations and proactive dialogue and troubleshooting with clients as well as with sales, design, manufacturing, purchasing and other departments relevant to the success of the projects
