Assistant Boutique Manager

CHANEL Denmark is currently looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager with a passion for management and expertise in fashion and client service.

As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be dedicated to inspiring and managing the boutique team to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. At the same time, you will support the Boutique Director ensuring high image standards in the boutique, while being committed to the employee’s personal and professional development and growth.

You have at least 2 years of documented experience in sales management
You have min 5 years of shop floor experience within the fashion industry
You have a passion for management, client experience, and luxury

As a people manager, you are engaging and communicative, performance-minded, decisive, and strive for continuous improvement. You combine empathy with a strong focus on achieving results.
