Senior Welding Engineer

Are you looking for a position where innovation and technology is top of mind? Join our team of dedicated welding engineers, setting the direction for the welding technologies used across Grundfos’ manufacturing sites.

Working closely with R&D, the chief engineer and our team of welding engineering specialists, you will direct the design, development, standardisation and modularisation of our laser welding processes and technology for use in manufacturing.

In this role you will:

• Partake in the development of new manufacturing lines and lead the scoping, maturing, designing, testing and implementation of laser welding processes
• Provide input on where to produce parts, technology supplier management, technology and production concepts and on the possibilities and limitations of laser welding technology in manufacturing
• Challenge, improve and maintain current manufacturing lines to ensure robustness and efficiency
