Intellectual Property Engineer

Would you like to be part of AAK’s IP team, and work with Intellectual Property (IP)? Would you like to have ownership over our patenting processes and be part of a team of specialists? Then you could be the next member of our team.

You will be joining the Product Technology Department and work on our global patent portfolio. The position is preferably based in Aarhus, Denmark but could eventually be based in AAK’s Headquarter in Malmö.

Be responsible for:

Reviewing new invention disclosures, participate and guide discussions and filing strategies relating to new inventions.
Conduct searching and patentability studies.
Cover the process from initial patent surveys and searches to patent application filing. Draft and prosecute patent applications up to grant.
Investigate and communicate potential FTO risks.
