Randstad is looking for a Head of Process Department for SaltPower. SaltPower is a fast-growing company developing green technology for producing energy.
With reference to the CEO, you will be responsible for your own department, concentrating on research and development within pressure retarded osmosis. You will be managing employees in the process department as well as test and lab facilities.
You will get to build a lab facility and ultimately be responsible for the test facilities and for the planning and execution of experiments. As part of the management team, you will also influence the strategic business development.
