For our Quality Department, we are looking for a Business Process Manager, who will get a key role in bringing MiR to the next step in the strategy journey of aligning and optimizing processes in the organization.

In this role, you will have the main responsibility for certifying MiR as ISO9001 within the next 18 months. Improving and evaluating existing core and support processes will be an important part of this journey.

As the industry specialist, you will have the responsibility of improving business processes according to ISO 9001 Standard. Your area of focus will be all core and support processes in the whole organization, from R&D to Sales, Quality and Production. Your role will be to evaluate existing processes, analyzing implemented changes and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules, or other processes as needed.
