As our new finance transformation lead, you will join our Finance department in either Lyngby or Struer. Stepping into in this newly established role, you will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for the optimisation of finance processes across Bang & Olufsen. Thus, interacting with a multitude of stakeholders, analysing processes and coming up with new solutions, some of your key tasks will be to:

• Identify, design and execute cross-organisational process optimisation projects
• Use your professional insights into finance, data and change management to tie finance processes and IT systems together
• Dive into the Bang & Olufsen business, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to determine their process challenges and needs
