Danfoss is looking for a Head of Executive Recruitment who, in close collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, will lead all global executive recruitment activities across the organization.

In close partnership with our senior management, you will be tasked to identify, assess and recruit top talent to support Danfoss on its current growth strategy.

You will be a close sparring partner in both internal as well as external recruitment activities. Furthermore, you will be the key point of contact to our external partnerships. This is a unique opportunity where you will help inspire and support our business leaders and drive activities in succession planning both at executive level but also in key high potential activities.
