We are now looking for reinforcement to the team, a Danish-speaking, 2nd line support, who will be a key player in support towards Danish customers and over time will work with efforts to improve the support.

As 2nd-line support, you assist 1st line colleagues by answering questions and taking charge over more technically advanced and time-consuming errands. You work with in-depth issues such as troubleshooting connected to networks, interfaces, firewall settings, POS settings, contract questions, escalation to 3rd line and more. You will also have firsthand contact with customers by phone, e-mail and chat.
