PLC Support Engineer – After Sales
Do you have good PLC knowledge and are you motivated by supporting production sites worldwide? Then you may be our new colleague in our 24/7 support team in After Sales Service?
In this role you will be part of our 24/7 support team and ensure that our customers have full use of their equipment.
Your main responsibilities
- Technical support to our customers by telephone and remote access as part of our 24/7 support team
- Create upgrade packages for existing equipment
- Participate in on-site service and commissioning for educational purposes
