Your responsibility will be ranging widely

• Sparring partner to and supporting the Head of Area (HoA) in Denmark on the continuous improvement journey for the market area
• Driving centralised continuous improvements and projects along with SMEs from the production and team members
• Being the lead of the continuous improvement group consisting of five CI-, System- and Data- leads. This includes internal sparring and coaching
