Jira Service Management System Owner

We are looking for a Jira Service Management (JSM) System Owner to be responsible for the overall use and maintenance of JSM. We strive to have a system to support a “happy flow” internally, and seem effortless to our customers. Employee experience and Customer experience are our two key objectives in Customer Service.
JSM is the ticketing system we have chosen to handle all Customer Service requests in the Mercell Group. You will ensure that our ticketing system is implemented and used as intended in all relevant teams, and that the system supports our processes. You will also contribute to constant improvements on how we handle our support.
