Process Functional Lead

Lem, Isle of Wight/UK or Porto/Portugal

The Shell, Webs and Components team is accountable for delivering qualified blade design and process elements. It is also responsible for the manufacturing process design and development for wind turbine blades. The team is made up of enthusiastic employees located in Lem in Denmark, Isle of Wight in UK and Porto in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

Identify what your process function area needs to deliver to achieve optimum value chain and capture in roadmap and plans. Prioritise and deliver according to your roadmap/plans
Communicate the strategy and maturity/readiness level for processes within your area
Collaborate with other functional areas to develop and verify blade manufacturing concepts within design specifications. Prepare, evaluate, and implement methods, processes, and techniques to improve performance, manufacturability, reliability, and maintainability of Vestas blades
