Are you passionate about delivering high quality IT Support to colleagues in a dynamic and international organization?

You will be based in our headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark and become part of Service Delivery Global IT, more specifically our IT-service desk team. You can look forward to being a part of a well-liked team where we help each other and where we use our different competencies to ensure that our customer satisfaction remains high.

Together with the team, you will be responsible for 1st level support including walk-ins, on-site support, R&D support, VIP support and in general helping our end users with IT-related issues. In addition, you will make sure to IT-educate our users both on-site and remote. As our new IT-Supporter, you will strengthen our IT Support team and primarily work from our headquarter in Bredebro.
