Customer Services Representative (CSR)

We are looking to appoint a Customer Service Representative. This is a combined role providing support to the sales and project delivery teams, whilst managing the delivery and implementation of non-project managed orders direct to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the Sales Team and customer with submission of orders
  • Identify, manage and change requests while working with Business Development Managers and Project Managers to update closed sales when required
  • Effectively manage project delivery for non-project managed orders direct with customers. Co-ordinate delivery of multiple small or consumables projects including communication with customers, internal resources and internal departments
