You will be working with HR master data structure and correlation between data to different HR platforms, processes and non-HR platforms. Furthermore, you will be supporting the rest of the team with data challenges, which can be solved by formulas in Excel, lookups and macros. Sometimes you will also teach colleagues the tools you are using.

This is an opportunity for you to use your analytic skills in optimizing data processes in a key function in Danfoss. You will be developing new ways of working, using your experience with advanced data management tool such as VBA.
