We are looking for an experienced colleague to take up the global responsibility for Staffing at Chr. Hansen. You will report to the Head of Global Staffing & Development, joining our HR Center of Excellence team of five dedicated experts.

You will be our global Staffing Subject Matter Expert who are expected to staying abreast with trends and market development, while being the global process - and system owner., driving the Global Staffing Community and the Staffing system Super-Users.

You will:

Drive the digitalization of staffing processes supporting scalability and efficiency with automated transactional processes wherever possible.
Ensure adoption of processes through development of clear metrics, communication and training material
