Do you have the people and process management skills to drive operational change and progress within a market leading global organisation?

You will take on the role as Warehouse Supervisor and lead a small team of 7 people at our DC in Odense. Here, you will make sure we live to up to all standards of operational excellence as well as continuously improve our processes and maintain a reliable inventory.

Your focus will be on operational management, safety and performance. You will report to our Nordic Logistics Director based in Sweden. It is therefore essentials that you thrive in an environment where you are self-driven and are comfortable with your manager working from a distance. You make sure we have the necessary staff on site and competences to carry out process improvement initiatives as well as all daily operations run smoothly.
