In Transaction Strategy and Execution, we are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants for our Copenhagen office. Ideally you have a background in Operations or Tech/IT, consulting experience, as well as M&A experience from either consulting or corporate roles. You will be based in Copenhagen and primarily work in Denmark and the Nordic region.

You will be advising Private Equity and corporate clients on a wide range of Operations and Tech/IT topics on acquisitions and divestments including operational and IT/cyber due diligence.
