The Offshore Remote Operations Centre, based in Esbjerg Denmark, is the department responsible for providing a central point of contact for technical support for Vestas' offshore turbine fleet.

The Operator is considered as 1st tier technical support, which means that you will be the first point of contact for your service team colleagues operating offshore when they have technical issues.
