Quality Engineering Lead

Lead Quality Engineer for Elsevier’s flagship Pure product. A Software Engineer with a quality and testing specialism, this role calls for a hands-on Quality Engineer, capable of contributing to team delivery, balanced with people leadership responsibilities.

Accountabilities:

Working with QE Managers and senior stakeholders, set the QE objectives and strategy, work to communicate it and put plans in place to deliver
Recruitment, career development & recognition, line management up to Senior QE level
Using the QE Strategy, serve as a subject matter expert: guides & encourages squads to continuously improve engineering quality
