Your overall objective will be to develop new applications and build protein knowledge within the protein bar and bakery area focusing on nutrition and physio-chemical properties.

Your work will involve the building and expansion of strong cross-functional teams, both among other Food Technicians and Scientists across AFI as well as Nutrition Scientists within the company.
