The role as Digital UX Lead is instrumental in driving a consumer first UX and design experience across the BoConcept digital channels. This role is instrumental in the ideation, execution and implementation of cross channel digital tasks, including website, SoMe, email and paid media. This role will drive a consumer first approach in all touchpoints and will be critical in landing an effective user journey with high conversion and lead generation as our main purpose.
