Head of Product Development

To support our growth, we are hiring a Head of Product Development for our furniture category. You will work from our office located in the heart of Copenhagen and will be managing a dedicated and experienced team of 3 Product Developers and 1-2 interns. You will report to the Supply Chain & Product Development Director.

The success criteria for the Product Development team is to continuously develop commercially successful products that can be launched at the agreed launch dates and in the expected quality. With a strong commercial and technical foundation, you will be overall responsible for the entire process and progress of all furniture development projects. To succeed, close collaboration with our internal design team, external designers, our Supply Chain team and our furniture supplier base is necessary.
