As our new Academic Supporter, you will become part of a department with about 20 employees consisting of primarily medical laboratory technicians responsible for the production and testing and a team of academics who supports this. You will play a key role in daily support of the development of antibody products for IHC.

Your main tasks will include:

Supporting lab techs in case of technical issues
Handling compliance issues according to GMP standards
Handling reagent-related customer complaints
Drive changes and optimizations, including instrument implementation as well as digitalization and automation projects
