In your role as Senior Manager, you take pride in delivering on promises and will play a vital role in the agile execution of the electronic and mechatronic product development road map by ensuring continuous improvement of execution time without compromising on quality.

Through encouraging leadership, you passionately drive quality of designs by coaching and developing a team of 6-10 dedicated design engineers. You will be design responsible and ensure that key stakeholders receive frequent status updates on projects, as well as challenges and risk for the product design.
