In this role, you will be the first point of contact for people leaders and employees to provide leadership and guidance on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

You will execute our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, whilst driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Your primary population scope will be global functions in LM Wind Power: Manufacturing & Industrial Strategy, Quality & EHS. In addition, there will be a smaller population outside of LM Wind Power, based in Denmark. You will cover our locations in Denmark, Spain and the Netherlands.
