Senior Evidence Specialist – with a MEL touch

Would you like to work with partners from all over the globe and make evident the importance of play for children’s learning? Are you passionate about maximizing the use evidence so teams can learn and adapt?

You will join the Evidence Function to generate and share evidence that supports the importance and continuous improvement of learning through play implementation among e.g. parents, teachers, professionals, systems and governments. Supplying high-quality evidence, members of the Evidence Function thus help improve approaches to change attitudes and behavior towards learning through play.

Your focus will be on schools globally with specific attention to teachers as well as play experiences using technology. Moreover, you will have an eye on the Ukraine, working with over 400 kindergartens. Your aim is to combine innovative MEL approaches with research in order to measure and understand our impact.
