You will as the most senior expert on learning play a crucial role, facilitating work on this field through setting the future direction on our Grundfos wide global approaches to learning and skills development. Together with your colleagues in the Center of Expertise (CoE), you will work in a team that develops and designs global people practices (concepts, processes, platforms and tools) that enable our people leaders and employees to further accelerate Grundfos’ innovation and responsiveness to our customers’ needs.
