Global Recruitment Manager & Denmark HR

We are looking for a global recruitment manager who is experienced within the field of recruitment and employer branding, who will also be responsible for human resources in Fiskars Denmark.

In this role you will be responsible for developing our global resourcing plan and policy in line with the business needs and run projects to implement the related activities, as well as developing and designing our global employer branding strategy.

You will provide expertise, guidance and global solutions in recruiting and workforce management to HR and managers to ensure extraordinary employee experience. You will be managing global partnerships and channels in the field of talent acquisition, develop activity plans for co-operation with universities and other key stakeholders, as well as proactively act as Global process owner for Recruiting, incl. our Workday tool, to develop the global recruiting processes.
