HR is anchored as a group function with reference to the CEO, and the position is based in Rødovre. You will be part of a global, dedicated and experienced team of 7 HR Business Partners placed in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Poland, and you will report to the Vice President of HR.

You will work with managers on all levels which requires the ability to act on both day-to-day challenges, to propose initiatives and solutions at a highly strategic level as well as implementing operational solutions. We have an ambitious journey ahead of us in order to deliver on the Flügger strategy, and the HR team plays an integral part.
