Systems Integration and Database Support Specialist

Are you keen to be a part of a successful international company and provide quality technical support? And do you have experience with software-based products, integration and databases?

As our Systems Integration and Database Support Specialist, you will help our customers with integration and database issues relating to the software and hardware of our audiological solutions. You will be a part of the international Technical Support Team with your own specialist area. The position is a key role between Tech. Support, PM, R&D and towards the customers.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Support our customers via phone, email, and remotely and on-site (expect up to 40 travel days per year for on-site activities)
Guidance, installation, troubleshooting
Seminar/training in-house, webinar and on-site
