Are you passionate about documentation, cultural differences and have the experience to take our training and technical documentation to the next level across our global factories?

Our new Global Training Manager will take the lead both on designing technical training manuals for our employees in different factories e.g. China, Mexico, Czech Republic and Denmark, but also, to successfully align with the local training organizations to have these manuals implemented.

Core responsibilities:

Train, motivate and evaluate employees (globally/locally) by using the job training methods, materials and documentation, with always focus on safety and quality
Ensure that documentation and job training materials are translated from English to local language
