Mercell aims to be the preferred e-tendering platform in Europe and now we are looking for a Tech Lead to build a strong team to autonomously deliver value in the assigned domain to support our vision! The position is located in Odense and you you will be a part of a high-paced, people friendly, technology driven environment.

Our ideal candidate comes from a position as tech lead with solid experience and in-depth understanding of what is takes to grow and develop tech teams. You have strong leadership skills as a coach and motivator and a great passion for growing people and teams. You have experience as a developer and can provide technical direction to a team, but you primary interest and focus is on people development.
