We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support our vacation homes business with a particular focus on Scandinavia and DanCenter.

As Senior Legal Counsel, you fulfil an independent role at international level, and you advise the business on all legal matters.

Tasks and responsibilities

Providing high quality legal services in a wide range of areas, including commercial contracts, corporate, regulatory compliance, labour/employment restructurings and acquisitions.
Advising on corporate transaction including Sale and Purchase Agreements together with post acquisition integration activities.
Monitoring the rapidly changing legislation on rental activities in Europe (in particular Scandinavia) and actively supporting the implementation of this legislation within the organization.
