Do you have passion for administration and an eye for details?

We are aiming to expand the business and therefore we are looking for a person to support our passionate colleagues. The right candidate will thrive through coordinating orders with the factories, typing orders, and keep the overview over deadlines, sending invoices, booking of transportations, controlling textile samples, and a lot of other tasks, which will add value to the buyers – and to our customers. You will be part of a team in the purchasing department. We operate in a fast-paced industry that goes across borders and cultures.

About the job:

• Placement of orders and close follow up on the production, to ensure we always have an updated overview over the orders
• Close cooperation with our colleagues and the factories in the Far East
• Booking of transportation
