Project Admin to Portfolio Center in BA Wind, Offshore

Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the position as Project Admin to support our Portfolio Center reporting to the Head of Project Support.

The Project Support Offshore department is responsible for deliver high quality support to the entire project portfolio of BU Offshore. By effective and standardized ways of working, by following and acting according to Vattenfall`s values and governance.

As Project Admin in our Portfolio Center you have the following key responsibilities:

• Provide standardized support to all offshore wind projects in all countries to ensure a smooth running of the project.
• Follow the standardized way of working detailed in PLAN.
• Ensure continuous improvement by observing, reviewing and engaging in how project administration management is delivered.
