You will hold the role of Financial Controller in Asset & Propery Controlling who is responsible for performing financial controlling within assets, property and energy cost. Your role is to ensure high quality financial controlling on property and energy cost in collaboration with our real estate department, finance business partners and external stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Financial controlling of property and utility cost.
• Implement strong controlling
• Improvement and optimization of processes
