As our new senior scientist, you will be part of our Gum base innovation team reporting to Manager of Product Development.

The function is an essential part of all chewing gum development projects requiring new gum bases, and our specialists collaborate with specialists from other departments on strategy, formulation and process development.

Main Responsibilities:

As a senior developer, you will be responsible for developing gum bases used in compressed and extruded chewing gum product segments including laboratory, pilot and full scale trials.
You will provide technical expert assistance to procurement and QA on gum base raw materials
