Would you like to make your HR and leadership skills count, reinforcing the Grundfos culture and values across our production sites in Europe?

As our HR Director, your key task will be to drive our people and organizational agendas and ensure efficient management of HR-related processes. Likewise, you will be stepping into the role of business partner to our EMEA Operations leadership teams as their trusted advisor – leading people activities.

So, stepping into a very varied workday, you will span both the monthly cadence of the manufacturing environment – tackling activities surrounding both budgets, merits and performance reviews – as well as engage in meetings with plant managers, addressing talent development and much more.
