The role of the Lean Specialist For Operational Excellence is to lead business initiatives and projects across Europe focused on achieving operational excellence, process improvement, digitization to drive productivity in Operations.

Responsibilities:

Improve Operational processes and create and manage cross regional process owners to deliver process efficiency & productivity
Create & maintain process policy & processes
Execute customer focused, digitized solutions and processes
