The newly started department in the Deloitte Cyber practise, Product & Services, is now looking for a Software specialist to join the Back-Office Team. You will be supporting the business via proactive support of clients and handling of selected software products with regard to recurrent licence business.

Indeed, your job will be to proactively administrate internal and external processes and communication, thus ensuring a high level of renewal business by constantly supporting client cases. You will be taking on an active role in supporting both sales staff and clients directly, always ensuring smooth and excellent client success stories.

Likewise, you will be taking part in sales campaigns together with the rest of the team to ensure proper client attention and you will be responsible for a specific part of the renewal business.
