Director, Global Process Owner - Order to Cash

Do you want to drive process excellence in the Order to Cash process in Pandora? And are you an experienced team leader with a high degree of process and functional knowledge? Then we might have the opportunity you are looking for!

As Global Process Owner Order to Cash (O2C), you will set and manage the strategic agenda for the O2C process and align with key stakeholders on the direction of the process.

As GPO you will also take responsibility for the documentation of the process itself and of any changes and improvements to the process. Given the importance of the end-to-end (E2E) process performance this role is critical to the success of Global Business Services.

In this role you will assess and support the choice of technology associated with the E2E process and, together with the other GPOs, define the tools required for process mapping and process mining.
