Danfoss Power Solutions seeks a Senior Autonomous Software Engineer to join the Autonomous Machines team in Nordborg, Denmark. This is the job that every kid dreams of – control big machines, and get paid for it! Do you have what we are looking for?

As a member of this global, cross-functional team, you will design modular software that will enable autonomous functionality for off-highway machines.

Other responsibilities include: developing specifications, taking part in machine start-ups at customer sites, participating in design reviews, FMEAs, Safety Analysis, and Hazard and Risk Assessments. You will work in a global environment, so sometimes your flexibility is needed; you can expect up to approximately 10% travel activity annually. The preferred candidate has real-world experience with Applied Robotics, development tools like the Robot Operating System (ROS), and simulation tools like Gazebo.
